Procell Microchanneling is a non-invasive procedure that has been developed and designed to minimize the signs of aging through the creation of hundreds of thousands of microchannels on the skin’s surface in conjunction with a specially formulated serum. These microchannels will naturally stimulate the body’s ability to produce collagen and elastin, as well as other types of cells that form the foundation of healthy, youthful-looking skin, with the serum assisting by speeding up the collagen production. As these microchannels are created only on the outermost layers of the skin, they don’t penetrate into any living tissue, which provides the benefit of increased cell production without the risk of damage to the deeper, living tissues. The collagen and elastin are produced as part of the inflammatory healing process that the microchannels are designed to kickstart. As the skin repeatedly heals itself using the collagen and elastin, the texture of the skin’s surface and the overall appearance of the skin will improve, minimizing wrinkles, fine lines and other imperfections.
