Cancellation Policy


In the event of a cancellation, we please ask that you do so within 24 hours of your appointment time. If you are a no call/no show or cancel/reschedule within 3 hours of your appointment you will be charged 50% of the booked services. For a reschedule under 24 hours you will be charged 30% of the service booked.

If you fail to show up for an appointment or frequently cancel, you may be removed from being able to make an appointment with our online booking system and will need to call the salon to make a deposit.

We as service providers make sure we arrive on time to set up for your appointment and also turn away other clients who may want your appointment day/time. We also pay for fuel to get to work as well as childcare in order to show up for you and your appointment. Please be mindful how forgetting your appointment or moving it last minute affects us.
